This evening session will run you through creating an age appropriate bedtime routine, that promotes all night sleep. Along with settling techniques from the beginning, and what to do overnight if your child does wake in the first few nights.
This package is designed for the cat-napper. If your child prefers to snack and nap or simply rely on you to go to sleep and refuses to sleep more than 40 minutes, we can help to significantly change this.
We create routine and structure to get your little one feeding, playing, and sleeping well. We help you to meet nutritional need, interpret tired signs, understand cry sounds while you attend an escalation plan in settling that promotes independence falling asleep and staying asleep.
We love twins at Newborn Solutions and we don’t shy away from the prospect of getting two little ones to feed-play-sleep well at the same time.
