All of our labour and birth preparation classes are conducted by our highly experienced and qualified Midwife Alison Gregory. The information is tailored to your medical, and personal expectations. We aim to empower woman and their support people to feel confident, whilst reducing fear and assisting couples with knowledge to make informed choices. We offer short or long sessions that thoroughly assist you to prepare for the journey ahead. You can choose from a Private in home session, or join a small group session in a fun environment. We also have caesarean based sessions for those booked for an elective caesarean.

Through our post-natal sessions, you will be assisted with key information to promote good feeding habits, lengthen sleep patterns, given age appropriate settling techniques, healthy awake time ideas, and knowledge to create routine. All of the postnatal packages are tailored to your individual baby and family needs. Our endorsed Midwife Alison Gregory comes to you in the comfort of your own home. Sessions are available 7 days a week at mutually convenient times to suit your family need and lifestyle.

Membership is a new resource launched for Newborn Solutions clients. Members will have access to; Blog articles, private Facebook page for Q & A, receive Do-It-Yourself handy hint guidance newsletters and get 10% OFF your first face to face consultation.
This was designed because so many clients have requested Alison to write a book. It is a great time to sign up while the cost is reduced. There will be regular uploads of new articles related to pregnancy, 0-18 month development, and tips to assist confident parenting.

We offer support and education through video link (Skype) and/or if you prefer phone communication. This a great service for those who do not live in the Brisbane area or for follow up support post an in home visit. Newborn Solutions has clients all over Australia, which gives even the most isolated family opportunities to receive education in birth preparation and support building parenting skills. Alison has a mock nursery set up in her office so you can see what you need to do at home.

We have run short education sessions in the past for community groups, Mother’s groups, baby stores and more. We will be looking at setting up some half day workshops. Popular topics have been, “Settling for success”, ‘Need more sleep” and “Play ideas to promote better day sleeps”. I’m sure you can see a pattern.
