90 minutes Video Conference – An opportunity to share your current situation and allow Alison to ask the important questions without judgment to determine the causes of feeding or sleep problems. It is wonderful to get advice from a trained professional instead of struggling through the conflicting advice of family, friends and the internet.
You can meet Alison and take advantage of her wealth of knowledge, as she walks and talks you through the settling techniques. You can follow her, with your child by mimicking the techniques she is performing with her “baby doll” in her mock nursery set up.
She will give you a recipe to follow and help you realise why what you have tried in the past hasn’t worked. She will help you understand sleep patterns and cycles and how development, growth spurts and their environment can affect their daily routine.
So many parents have come back time and time again, because Alison really does solve problems from Newborn to 3 years.
There are written handouts that will help remind you of the important points. The information helps you now and as your baby/toddler grows. The principles are timeless, start simple and responsively escalate as needed.
This package is ideal for those residing outside of Brisbane or have financial restrictions. She is currently treating clients all over Australia.
